Their involvement allowed Digitaal Vlaanderen to define a clear roadmap and translate it into short-term objectives during the bi-monthly PI planning, ensuring alignment across all teams within the organization.

How Did They Do It?
Collaborating with Digitaal Vlaanderen’s implementation partners and closely involving all business stakeholders, we+ embarked on the journey to implement the core capabilities of the new platform. This involved not only defining the roadmap and get the requirements clear but also managing the delivery of core components of the platform.
For almost 2 years now, Bart Mets, an e-commerce and CX expert, reinforces the team as a Product Owner. His role is to streamline communications and ensuring alignment across all teams within the organization.
The Result
Today, more than 20 agencies actively utilize this innovative platform, many of which receive thousands of submissions annually. Moreover, a groundbreaking project is on the cusp of launching, where 40 local administrations will revolutionize their core processes with a harmonized solution built on the AEM-based Form Builder.
