Demand

Jaga Online, a Belgian supplier of home comfort solutions, recognized that its existing digital sales environment no longer matched the expectations of modern B2B buyers.

Although the company had an established online presence, business customers still faced manual processes, limited self-service capabilities and a lack of clarity in product offerings - leading to inefficiencies, slower ordering cycles and increased support workload.

The strategic imperative was clear: elevate the digital commerce experience to support business customers with a scalable, flexible and intuitive B2B platform - one capable of improving sales efficiency, customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Design

we+ partnered with Jaga Online to conceptualize a new commerce platform that reflects not only the complexity of the products, but also the expectations of business buyers who demand a smooth, reliable experience similar to modern B2C platforms.

The design approach was focused on:

  • End-to-end visibility: creating clear product categorization, search and navigation tailored for B2B purchasing patterns

  • Modular flexibility: ensuring the platform could support diverse product configurations and business rules without heavy customization

  • Scalability: selecting architectural components that support future growth, integration with backend systems and ability to expand into new segments

  • User-centric interface: adopting UX principles that reduce cognitive load, speed up decision making and provide self-service capabilities

The ambition was to build an e-commerce experience that felt natural for business buyers while offering operations teams a foundation that reduces manual intervention and friction.

Deliver

The platform was delivered through collaborative execution and focused iteration, ensuring alignment with both business and technical stakeholders.

Discovery and alignment
we+ conducted workshops with sales, operations and IT teams at Jaga Online to map business requirements, customer needs and practical constraints.

Flexible architecture implementation
Rather than simply lifting the existing solution, we+ helped define and implement a modern architecture that supports:

  • Seamless catalog management and product configuration

  • Tailored pricing and business rules

  • Integration with backend systems (ERP and inventory) for consistent order execution

User experience and interface improvements
The new platform was built with an emphasis on intuitive navigation, product discovery and streamlined checkout flows — enabling business buyers to act independently with minimal support.

Incremental validation
Throughout delivery, we+ and Jaga Online teams validated functionalities via iterative testing and early user feedback to ensure that each release provided immediate operational value.

Drive

The launch of the new B2B commerce platform immediately enhanced the way Jaga Online engages with its business customers:

  • Increased autonomy for buyers: business customers now place orders, track products and manage accounts without relying on support teams

  • Reduced manual workload: internal teams benefit from a more efficient digital process with fewer exceptions and smoother order flows

  • Improved operational clarity: clearer product information and navigation help customers make decisions faster

  • Scalable foundation: the platform is designed to grow with Jaga Online’s business - supporting future integrations, new product lines and evolving requirements

By aligning technology and user experience with strategic business needs, the platform has helped Jaga Online strengthen its competitive position and support long-term digital commerce growth.
